The Innovation and the Management of Art Club in Newly-built Local Colleges

不少新建地方本科院校在大力推进教育改革的同时,也着力加强大学文化的内涵建设,因此学生社团文化尤其是艺术社团的发展逐渐成为推进大学文化建设的重要方面。本文针对新建地方本科院校艺术社团发展的现状,对加强艺术社团活动提出一些新的管理举措,为其良性发展提供创新思考。

Currently, with the vigorous promotion of educational reform, many newly-built local colleges strengthen their connotative construction of college culture. The development of student community culture, especially the art club, becomes one of the important aspects of the construction of college culture. Based on the current situation of art club in newly-built local colleges, the present study attempts to put forward some innovative measures of management in order to provide some new ideas for their future development.
