本文利用标杆法提出了电火花加工整体涡轮复杂流道曲面确定精加工余量的算法 ,基于运动学中用齐次坐标及其变换描述位姿的方法 ,提出了一种计算无干涉创成加工中电极运动位姿的算法 。

By means of rod method. an ~algorithm to determine the finish - machining allowance in processing solidturbine with EDM is put forward in this paper. And then based on the methed of desoribing pose using homogcneouscoordinate and its transformation in kinemaics. an algorithm to calculale the electrode pose in free - interfernee gen-erating processing is presented. Finally. the feasibility and validity of this inaugurated method are prored through someexamples.\;
