MMT-CPAM杂化聚合物絮凝和脱色功能的研究

摘要 以有机改性蒙脱土和丙烯酰胺分散聚合制备出MMT-CPAM杂化聚合物,用高岭土悬浮液和硫酸铜溶液模拟污水,研究MMT-CPAM杂化聚合物的絮凝和脱色功能。MMT-CPAM杂化聚合物在添加量为30 ppm,对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝效果2%的优于1%及0%的;MMT-CPAM杂化聚合物对铜离子脱色的影响表现为(1)0%、1%、2%MMT-CPAM乳液在5 ppm浓度下脱色率分别为24.2%、31.4%、34%;(2)酸性条件下有利于絮凝剂对铜离子脱色;(3)絮凝剂对铜离子脱色在5小时时达到吸附平衡,0%、1%、2%MMT-CPAM乳液在5 ppm浓度下脱色率分别为9.1%、17.2%、19.6%。 MMT-CPAM hybrid Polymer was synthesized by organic modified montmorillonite and acrylamide using the dispersion polymerization, its properties of flocculation and decolorization was studied through kaolin suspension and Cu SO4 solution which were simulated sewage. It is found that the best amount of addition of MMT-CPAM hybrid Polymer flocculating kaolin suspension is 30 ppm and the effect is 2 % better than 1 % and 0 %. Some condition like dosage、p H and time can be changed for studying the decolorizing ability of MMT-CPAM hybrid Polymer in Cu SO4 solution.(1) when the dosage is 5 ppm,the decoloring rate of MMT-CPAM hybrid Polymer containing 0 %、1 %、2 % MMT are 24.2 %, 31.4 % and 24.2 % seperately;(2) Acid is advantageous to the decolorization of Cu2+;(3) The adsorption equilibrium on Cu2+ was achieved in 5 hours and the decoloring rate of MMT-CPAM hybrid Polymer containing 0 %、1 %、2 % MMT are 19 %、16.7 %、9.3 % seperately.
