摘要
高强度钢轨钢材料承受的应力增加,其磨损和接触疲劳越严重。文章介绍了提高珠光体型钢轨钢材料耐磨性和接触疲劳性能的进展和贝氏体型钢轨钢材料耐磨性方面的研究,分析认为珠光体型、贝氏体型,都需提高钢轨钢材料的高应变硬化指数从而获得较好的耐磨性、抗接触疲劳性能。
With the higher stress of the high strength rail steel, the more severe wear and the roll contact fatigue are. The paper represents the progress of pearlitic rail steels in wear resistance and contact fatigue resistance, indicates that pearlitic rail steels have developed to ward hypereutectoid pearlitic rail steels, introduces the wear resistance of bainite rail steels further, when the strength of bainite rail steels are higher than the pearlitic rail steels, the wear resistance of which are closed to the last one, but the Q-P-T technology could improve their wear resistance especially for their with medium and low carbon. However the other properties of bainite rail steels such as fracture toughness and contact fatigue resistance are excellent. Then this article has comparison with their contact fatigue resistance. The paper suggests improving the high strain hardening exponent of the rail steels to obtain the better wear resistance and contact fatigue resistance.
