超临界二氧化碳在钻完井过程中的应用研究

摘要 目前,在开发低渗、稠油油藏以及页岩气、煤层气等非常规油气资源的过程中遇到了储层保护困难,储层产能低,采收率低,开发成本高等难题。超临界二氧化碳具有气体的低黏度和液体的高密度,同时具有易扩散、溶解性好等特性,将超临界二氧化碳流体用于钻完井过程,可以有效解决这些问题。分析了超临界二氧化碳用于钻完井的优势,对超临界二氧化碳钻井和携岩研究现状进行了总结,并为未来的发展方向提出了建议。 At present, in the process of exploring unconventional oil and gas resources, including low permeable and heavy oil reservoir, shale gas, and coal-bed methane,several problems,such as difficulty to protect reservoir, low production, low recovery, high cost to explore, have been encountered. Supercritical carbon dioxide has the low viscosity close to gas and high density near to liquid, and has the properties of good diffusion and solubility. When it is applied in the process of drilling and completion, these problems above can be solved effectively. The paper analyzes the advantages of supercritical carbon dioxide used in well drilling and completion summarizes the present research situation on well drilling and carrying cuttings for supercritical carbon dioxide, and then some suggestions on the trends of development are proposed.
