石化行业常压安全生产管理机制的研究

Study on the Management Mechanism of the Atmospheric Pressure Safety Production in Petrochemical Industry

文章围绕石化行业安全生产管理机制,对常压安全生产中存在的隐患进行分析,并提出了相应的对策。文章认为安全隐患主要包括常压塔系统腐蚀的原因、加工、生产物质危险性大以及生产安全隐患影响范围大。同时对国内外安全生产风险识别及防范、常压安全生产安全措施及常压安全生产运行机制进行论述。

In the paper, we focused on the safe production management, gave an analysis for the risk of safety production under normal pressure and proposed some corresponding countermeasures. The thesis reaches the conclusion that the hidden danger is the corrosion of the atmospheric tower, material having a big risk on processing and production and having a big influence on risk of the safe production. Meanwhile, we had discuss on the safety risk identification and protection at home and abroad, the safety measures and the operating mechanism of the atmospheric pressure safety production.
