甘肃陇东煤化工产业发展探讨

Investigate the Development of Coal Chemical Industry in Eastern Gansu

介绍了甘肃陇东地区煤炭资源情况、目前开发情况和中长期开发规划,简述了发展煤化工产业的重要意义,对目前煤炭焦化、煤炭气化、煤炭直接液化、煤炭间接液化、煤气化技术、合成二甲醚技术、煤制烯烃等煤化工技术发展现状做了简要介绍,结合甘肃陇东地区煤炭的资源情况和煤质的性质情况,提出利用气煤、弱粘煤——焦化——煤气、煤焦油、焦炭的综合利用,褐煤-气化-合成气、煤焦油综合利用,无烟煤——气化(发电)——合成气综合利用、多联产循环经济发展的技术参考路线,并针对环保、节水、节能减排,物流输送等方面,提出统筹优化资源配置走可持续发展的建议,最后对煤化工企业今后的发展,提出不仅要考虑所生产产品竞争力和生产成本,同时还要关注物流成本以及环境与资源之间的相互制约的问题。

The coal resources in eastern Gansu region, the current development situation and long-term development plan, outlining the importance of the development of coal chemical industry, the current coking coal, coal gasification, coal liquefaction, indirect coal liquefaction, gas technology, synthetic chemical technology development status quo of DME technology, coal and other coal-to-olefins made a brief presentation, combining resources of coal and coal properties in eastern Gansu region situation, proposed the use of gas coal, weakly caking coal-coking-utilization of coal, coal tar, coke, lignite-gasification-synthesis gas, coal tar utilization, anthracite-gasification（power generation）-synthesis gas utilization, multi-generation cycle of economic development technical reference line, and for environmental protection, aspects of water conservation, energy conservation, transportation and other logistics, proposed to co-ordinate optimize resource allocation recommendations for sustainable development to go, and finally to the future development of coal chemical industry, proposed to consider not only the competitiveness of products and the production costs of production, but also focus on logistics costs as well as issues of mutual restraint between the environment and resources。
