摘要
文章介绍了非故意排放的持久性有机污染物的形成机理及其影响因素,研究了煤焦化工行业的工艺流程以及UP-POPs在各个环节的排放特征。利用UP-POPs排放因子对近三年的焦化行业污染物的产量进行估算。UP-POPs主要通过装煤推焦过程,炼焦过程,熄焦过程和烟气净化过程排放;根据计算结果可得,煤焦化工行业PCBs的排放量远大于PCDD/Fs。
The paper introduces the formation mechanism and influence factors of the unintentionally produced persistent organic pollutants, studies on the process of the coal chemical industry and the emissions characteristics of the UP-POPs in the various links. Nearly three years of pollutants were estimated using UP-POPs emission factor of yield of coking industry. In the coal chemical industry, the emissions of UP-POPs mainly through the coal and coke pushing process, the coking process, the coke quenching process and the flue gas purification process;according to the calculation result, the PCBs emissions largely more than PCDD/Fs emissions in the process.
