摘要
介绍了甲基磺酸亚锡工业生产废液的回收处理方法,蒸馏除去部分水后,加锡金属还原四价锡,减压蒸馏回收甲基磺酸与水的混合物。最佳工艺条件为:锡金属和溶液(g∶m L)固液比最佳为3∶5,升温至165~170℃,更换真空蒸馏,真空(绝压)为1.0 k Pa。得到的甲基磺酸水混合物游离甲基磺酸含量约为80%,含锡溶液Sn4+含量小于0.3 g/L。
The article introduces a method of treatment and recycling of Industrial liquid waste in Stannous methanesulfonate production. Firstly, distillation to remove Part of the water. Secondly, add tin to deoxidate. Finally, distillation and recycling the mixture Methanesulfonic acid and water in vacuum. Optimum conditions is: tin to solution solid to liquid ratio was(g∶m L) best for 3∶5, heating to 165~170 ℃, then vacuum distillation in 1.0 k Pa. The Methanesulfonic acid content at about 80 % in the recycling mixture, Sn4+ content is less than 0.3 g/L.
