浅谈环境质量报告书编制的若干问题

Research on Some Problems in Compiling of Environmental Quality Report

通过对中山市2010~2014年度环境质量报告书的调查分析,针对编制中存在的主要问题,参照技术规范,统一评价方法、评价模式和评价因子,增强对环境质量的定性分析,进一步加强环境质量变化原因分析,提高环境质量报告书的社会性和可读性,开展多种形式的交流活动,全面提高环境质量报告书的编制水平。

Through analyzing Zhongshan environmental quality reports of 2010~2014 year, the paper presents establishing criterions at provincial level in allusion to the key problems on compiling. The purpose is to unify evaluative methods, models and items, to improve qualitative analysis of environmental quality, to do more analysis of their changes, to increase the report’s sociality and readability, to develop multiform intercommunion and improve the whole compiling level of the environmental quality report.
