隧道输气管道工艺分析

摘要 西南油气田处于多丘陵地带,经常实施穿越山体管道工程。caesar Ⅱ和hysys各有特长,利用两种软件综合模拟可以起到互补作用。经过模拟可知:气体温度在进口段下降较快,稳定在30℃左右;压强最终降为6.111 mpa;停输时随着温度的降低一次应力稍有增加,二次应力剧降。利用软件模拟管道流场及应力情况,在工程实际施工是可行的,能给各施工专业提供技术支持。 Southwest oil and gas fields lines in many foothills distriact, frequently operating mountain pipeline engineering. Caesar Ⅱ and hysys each have special skill and making use of the two kind of software comprehensive simulated can act as a complementary role. Through simulation known: Gas temperature sharply drops to 30 ℃ in imports period; final Pressure dropped to 6.111 mpa; Stop with the temperature losing, the stress increases slightly, but Secondary stress has downslide. Using caesar II and hysys software to simulate the flow field and stress of pipeline conditions in the engineering practice, the construction is feasible and can give the construction provide with professional technical support.
