摘要
兰州石化公司助剂厂甲乙酮装置甲乙酮合成与精制单元是整个甲乙酮生产过程的核心之一,但脱氢反应产物中伴随着部分重组分及杂质,文章通过分析,提出一些措施和改进,从而降低重组份及杂质含量,提高脱氢反应转化率。
Synthesis and purification unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Industries Co assistant factory MEK plant of methyl ethyl ketone is one of the core of the whole production process of methyl ethyl ketone, but accompanied by partial reorganization and impurity dehydrogenation reaction product, through analysis, puts forward some measures and improvement, thus reducing the recombination and impurity content, the enhancement of the reaction conversion rate.
