摘要
目的:建立顶空气相色谱法测定长春西汀缓释片中丙酮残留量。方法:采用Agilent DB-624石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×1.8μm),以氮气为载气,顶空进样,进样口温度为230℃,FID检测器温度为250℃,程序升温,分流比为30∶1;结果:丙酮浓度在50~1000μg·m L-1范围内线性关系良好;低、中、高三个浓度水平的精密度(RSD)分别为0.9%、1.9%、0.6%;加样回收率分别为97.2%、94.6%、94.8%。结论:本方法简便、准确、专属性强、灵敏度高,可用于长春西汀缓释片中丙酮残留量的测定。
Objective: To determine the residual acetone in Vinpocetine Sustained Release Tablets by Headspace Gas Chromatography. Methods: An Agilent DB-624 column(30 m×0.32 mm×1.8 μm) was used, with nitrogen as carrier gas and FID as detector. The injecting temperature was 230 ℃ and the detector temperature was 250 ℃, the oven temperature was ramp program and the injection split ratio was 30∶1. Results:A good linearity was obtained with the designed concentration range of acetone(50~1000 μg·m L-1). The precision at low, middle and high concentration levels were 0.9 %, 1.9 % and 0.6 %, respectively. The sample recovery rates at low, middle and high concentration levels were 97.2 %, 94.6 % and 94.8 %, respectively. Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate, with high selectivity and sensitivity, which can be applied to determine the residual acetone in Vinpocetine sustained release tablets.
