摘要
化工实训是将学生培养成实践能力强、具有良好职业道德的高技术应用型人才,满足现代化企业对生产、建设、服务和管理一线人才需求的重要手段,是连接企业与学校的桥梁。以淮阴师范学院化工实践教育中心为例,针对化工实训基地建设与管理过程中存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的相应对策,并探讨了建设高示范性、高标准的化工实训基地并有效管理的方法。
Practical training for chemical engineering is an important means of training students with good practical ability and excellent work ethics to meet the production, construction, service and management demand of modern enterprise. It plays the role of a bridge between school and enterprise. The paper took Huaiyin Normal University practical training center as an example, analyzed the problems during construction and management of practical training base, proposed corresponding solutions and discussed the methods of high-level, demonstrative practical training base construction and effective management.
