摘要
南海珠江口海域第一座海洋石油生产钢质井口平台已建成投产。该平台为4腿8裙桩,导管架总重5491吨,阳极750块。平台所处环境为水深、台风多、风浪大、流急、水温高、海水腐蚀性强、污损生物附着严重。本文阐述了平台在这种腐蚀环境中的防腐保护措施;着重探讨了牺牲阳极保护的设计方法;重点介绍了保护参数(特别是保护电流密度)随水深变化的计算法和综合考虑因素确定法,阳极按水深保护电流需要量和电位分布图布置法,以及阳极安装法。最后,讨论了所确定的保护参数的准确度对海洋工程经济效益的影响。
The first offshore HZ21 - 1 steel wellhead platform has been put into production in the sea area of Pearl River mouth in South China Sea. This Platform consists of 4 legs and 8 skirt piles with the total weight of 5 491 tons of jacket with 750 anode plates. The environmental conditions around the platform are characterized of deep water, frequent typhoons, rough wave, high water temperature, severely corrosive seawater, and thick fouling organism attachments. The corrosion protection measures for the platform are presented, the design on sacrificial anode protection system is emphasized, several methods are described which are cathodic protection parameters (especially the protective current density) with the variation of water depth,the determination method of overall factors considered, the arrangement of potential and the required protection electricity for anodes with different water depth, and the method of anode installation. Finally it also discusses how the accuracy of selecting ca-thodic protection parameters affects the economic efficiency of offshore engineering.
