Nb对磁控形状记忆合金Ni_(55)Fe_(17.5)Ga_(27.5)组织结构及磁性能的影响

摘要 用电弧炉熔炼了Ni55Fe17.5Ga27.5合金,用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和振动样品磁强计研究了Nb的添加对该合金组织形貌、晶体结构及磁性能的影响。结果表明,室温下,合金Ni55Fe17.5Ga27.5为14M单斜结构马氏体相与面心立方结构γ相双相共存,添加1at%的Nb对合金组织形貌和晶体结构影响不大;当添加2at%的Nb时,马氏体变体宽度明显变小;当添加3at%的Nb时,合金为马氏体相、γ相和母相奥氏体相三相共存,马氏体变体宽度进一步减小;当添加Nb含量为1at%时,合金的饱和磁化强度及居里温度都有所提高;进一步增加Nb的添加量,合金的饱和磁化强度及居里温度都呈下降趋势。 The effects of Nb addition on the microstructure and magnetic properties of Ni55Fe17.5Ga27.5ferromagnetic shape memory alloy were investigated by metallurgical microscope, X ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results show that Ni55Fe17.5Ga27.5alloy has two phase coexistence, such as 14 M monoclinic martensitic structure and face-centered cubic structure of γ phase at room temperature,little effect on morphology and crystal structure of the alloy with adding 1at% of Nb, when 2at% of Nb is added into the alloy. The width of martensite variant in alloy is significantly smaller.When adding 3at% of Nb, the alloy has three phase coexistence, and the martensite variant width decreases furtherly. When adding 1at% of Nb, the saturation magnetization and curie temperature of the alloy increase. When further adding Nb into the alloy, the saturation magnetization and curie temperature of the alloy decrease.
