摘要
对原始组织为不同粗细片层组织的TA15钛合金板材在两相区进行75%的热轧变形,并用金相法观察变形后组织的球化行为,并分析变形机理。结果表明,晶内片层状α相随变形量增加发生球化,球化程度与片层状α相粗细有关,粗片层状组织发生扭曲和弯折,但等轴α晶粒较少;细片层状组织大部分发生球化,生成均匀细小的等轴组织,这说明原始组织片层状越细则变形后球化程度越高,组织更均匀细小。
The globularization processes of TA15 with lamellar structure were studied in α +β region under the deformation of 75%. The microstructure of the samples was investigated and the deformation mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the size of lamellar structure is the most remarkable factor that affect the globularization process at the same rolling deformation and temperature. The bending of the lamellar occurs in coarse original lamellar structure. The full globularization process occurs in thinner original lamellar structure.
