摘要 用国产非调质钢C70S6代替德国非调质钢C70S6试制了连杆,并对连杆的性能进行了检测。结果发现:国产C70S6连杆的化学成分、显微组织、力学性能、疲劳性能和台架耐久性能等满足德国C70S6连杆的技术要求。可用国产非调质钢C70S6代替德国非调质钢C70S6生产连杆,以实现材料国产化和降低成本的目的。 Connecting rod is produced by domestic non-quenched and tempered steel C70S6 instead of Germanic non-quenched and tempered steel C70S6, and the performance of the rod was tested. The results show that the chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties, fatigue properties and bench durability can meet the Germanic C70S6 connecting rod's requirement. The material can be localized and the cost can be reduced when the connecting rod is produced by domestic non-quenched and tempered steel C70S6 instead of Germanic non-quenched and tempered steel C70S6.
