摘要
基于UMAT子程序建立了不同取向下镍基合金的试验模型,对其高温蠕变行为进行仿真分析和工艺试验。结果表明:所获得的仿真结果与工艺试验结果的误差符合工程应用要求,仿真分析过程可行且有效,对镍基合金高温蠕变行为的研究具有指导意义。
Based on UMAT subroutine, a nickel based alloy test under different orientation model was set up. The simulation analysis and experiment on high temperature creep behavior were carried out. The results show that the experiment results coincide with the finite element simulation which can verify the validity of the finite element model. The simulation results and the process error test results are obtained which is in ance with the requirement of engineering application. The process of simulation analysis is feasible and effective, which has a certain guiding significance for the study of high temperature creep behavior of nickel based alloy.
