摘要
依据《海港总平面设计规范》,根据水上水下活动通航安全影响论证与评估的基本原理与方法,就船舶并靠厦门船舶重工股份有限公司2#码头缆桩受力测算和安全进行论证分析,并提出安全措施和建议.
According to the Code of General Layout for Sea Port and the basic principles and measures for Navigation Safety Argumentation and Evaluation of Overwater and Underwater Activities,this paper will analyze the safety and intensity of No. 2 Terminal owned by Xiamen Shipbuilding Industry Co. ,Ltd. for all incoming berthing ships. And put forward some suggestive opinions and measures in the end for ensuring the ship’s safety berthing.
