开窗减压术在下颌骨大型囊性病变中的应用

The application of fenestration on the large mandibular cystic lesions

目的 探讨开窗引流术在治疗下颌骨巨大囊性病变中的应用.方法 对5例下颌骨巨大囊性病变（颌骨囊肿4例;单囊型成釉细胞瘤1例）实行开窗引流术,并且定期追踪回访.结果 开窗引流术后追踪回访6～28月,囊腔明显缩小,成骨良好,其中4例再行Ⅱ期手术,无复发.结论 开窗引流术是治疗下颌骨巨大囊性病变简单实用有效的方法.

Objective To explore the effect of fenestration technique on the treatment of large cystic lesions in mandible. Methods Five patients with large cystic lesions in mandible were underwent cystic fenestration operations （four patients were odontogenie cyst; one patient is unieystic ameloblastoma） . Results Patients were followedup for 6 -28 months after fenestration, cystic space Significantly reduced, ossified well. Four patients had stage Ⅱoperation, and none patient recurrence. Conclusion Fenestration technique is a simple, practical and effective method treatment on the large cystic lesions in mandible.
