摘要 AS-i总线可以解决现有工业现场总线走线复杂、连接不便的的问题。为了扩展控制器对AS-i接口的兼容,论述了AS-i的特点并且设计了AS-i通信接口来实现控制器与AS-i网络通信的功能。根据现行GB/T18858.2-2012的规定,选用PIC16F916作为CPU,AS-i 4I-GE-MT作为通信转换接口芯片,实现了控制器与AS-i网络通信的功能。试验表明,该方案设计的接口可与各AS-i模块进行通信。 The technology of ASi can solve the difficulty of wiring in industrial field. To extend the compatibility of the controller with ASI,the characteristics of ASi are described in this paper. The communication interface of ASi was designed to realize the function that the controller communicates with other slaves via ASi. Based on GB/T18858.22012,PIC16F916 was chosen as CPU and ASi4IGEMT as communication converting interface chip to realize the functions of the network communication of controller with ASi. The testing results show that the interface designed in this paper can communicate with other ASi modules properly.
