FHL1在骨骼肌发育中的作用及其与人类肌病的关系

摘要 FHL1属于LIM蛋白家族成员之一,人类FHL的LIM蛋白家族包括五个成员,分别是FHL1、FHL2、FHL3、FHL4和ACT(也被称作FHL5)[1-4].FHL1和FHL3在骨骼肌中的表达水平相对较高,但在心肌中亦表达;FHL2主要在心脏中表达,在骨骼肌中表达水平相对较低;FHL4和ACT在睾丸中特异表达[5-7].FHL家族成员在不同组织中的差异表达可能决定了它们在这些组织中的生物功能.FHL蛋白家族的特点是含有特殊排列的LIM二级结构(C-X2-C-X16-21-H-X2-C-X2-C-X17-C-X2-C).所有的FHL蛋白都是由4个完整的LIM结构域串联排列而成,并且中间由8个不同的氨基酸残基区分开.
