Amplatzer血管塞封堵人工主动脉瓣周围漏15例报告 被引量：5

摘要 人工主动脉瓣周围漏（PVL）是心脏外科置换人工瓣膜术后较常见的严重并发症之一.其治疗以往多采用外科开胸修补瓣周漏,或再次瓣膜置换,但创伤大,风险高,易再次残余漏.近年来,经导管堵闭PVL成为可选择的另一重要治疗手段[1-3].但该法无专用封堵器,操作相对较为繁复,且存在术后溶血加重等并发症.本研究将新型无聚酯纤维二代血管塞封堵器（AVP Ⅱ）应用至主动脉瓣PVL,操作更简便,并可有效降低并发症.
