神经纤维瘤Ⅰ型伴发巨大嗜铬细胞瘤与小肠间质瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,56岁,因“腹痛伴发热15 d,并咳嗽气短”就诊.患者既往皮肤多发结节30余年,呈渐多加重趋势,有高血压病史10余年.患者有一子及一兄弟为皮肤多发结节,诊断为神经纤维瘤Ⅰ型.体检：全身皮肤有广泛大小不等瘤样肿物,表皮广泛分布咖啡样斑点,皮下有瘀斑,眼底检查未见视神经萎缩,无视乳头水肿及虹膜错构瘤（Lish结节）结节;左上腹可及约10cm×15cm大小包块,边界欠清,左肾区叩痛阳性.
