机械磨削结合皮肤活性细胞移植技术治疗面部痤疮后瘢痕 被引量:4

A novel treatment for facial acne scars: dermabrasion combined with Recell(@) (skin active cell transplantation) technique

摘要 目的 探讨应用磨削结合皮肤活性细胞移植技术治疗面部痤疮后瘢痕的疗效和风险评估.方法 应用磨削结合皮肤活性细胞移植(Recell(@))技术治疗面部痤疮后瘢痕30例,根据医生对比治疗前后照片及患者自我评价判定疗效、创面愈合时间、术后的并发症发生率、红斑期等,对疗效和风险进行评估.结果 与常规磨削方法比较,应用磨削结合皮肤活性细胞移植(Recell(@))技术治疗面部痤疮后瘢痕技术可以促进内层敷料脱落,减少红斑期,提高患者满意度.结论 磨削结合Recell(@)技术可以缩短创面上皮化时间,并且降低并发症的发生,从而提高治疗面部痤疮后瘢痕的效果。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and risksof the treatment of facial acne scar with dermabrasion combined with Recell(@) technology.Methods 30 patents with Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree facial acne scars were treated with dermabrasion and Recell (@) (skin active cell transplantation) technique in our department from October 2010 to October 2011.The affected area in the face was dermabraded with micro motor system.Then a small piece of razor-thickness skin graft was obtained and processed with Recell(@) kit.Several milliliterof autologous uncultured epidermal cell suspension was applied to the facial wound and covered with appropriate dressings.Results Theeffectiveness and risks of this treatment was evaluated with regard to wound healing time,postoperative complication rate,erythema period,etc.Wound healing time was shortened to 5-7 days.The erythema period was also observed shortened with this technique.Within the follow up period,no hyperpigmentation was reported in this case serial.Conclusion Dermabrasioncombined with Recell(@) (skin active cell transplantation) technology can provide a safety and effective treatment approach for patients with facial acne scars.
