复发性浅表性肢端纤维黏液瘤1例

Recurrent superficial acral fibromyxoma:a case report

报告1例浅表性肢端纤维黏液瘤。患者男,49岁。左手中指结节半年。皮肤科检查:左手中指末端指指关节掌侧一约绿豆大淡红色结节,表面较光滑,触之偶有疼痛。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内见结节状梭形细胞及星状细胞增生,间质疏松、水肿,可见肥大细胞,阿辛蓝染色阳性。免疫组化示:波形蛋白(vimentin)阳性,上皮膜抗原(EMA)及CD34局灶阳性。诊断为浅表性肢端纤维黏液瘤。

Physical examination showed a mung bean-sized light red nodule on the ventral side of the middle finger of the left hand with smooth surface and occasional tenderness. Histopathologieal examination reavealed proliferation of satellite cells and spindle cells with loose and edematous mesenchyme, mast cells were also present Alcian blue staining was positive Immunohistoehemical staining showed positive for vimentin, and EMA and CD34 were focally positive The diagnosis of superficial aeral fibromyxoma was made.
