A modified mini-invasive approach for treatment of transverse patella fracture

摘要 髌骨是人体中最大的籽骨,位于胫股关节前方皮下,位置表浅,易于触及,容易损伤。它与股骨构成髌股关节,是构成伸膝装置的一部分,能增加股四头肌肌腱的力学优势,有助于股骨远端前方关节面的营养供给,保护股骨髁免受外伤,并将股四头肌的拉伸应力传导至髌腱,还可通过增加伸膝装置至膝关节旋转轴线的距离,改善股四头肌效能,加长股四头肌的力臂。髌骨全切后,膝关节完全伸直时,
