摘要 FLAC3D软件在矿山岩石力学数值计算上具有独特的优势,但在构建矿山三维模型上存在不足;SURPAC软件在矿山三维建模应用广泛,但无法进行稳定性分析。为了将SURPAC在三维建模方面和FLAC3D在数值计算方面的优势相结合,采用TCL脚本语言对SURPAC进行二次开发,提出一种FLAC3D模型构建的数据转换方法,能够有效避免产生重复节点,从而实现FLAC3D模型的快速构建。以某钼矿为例,利用该方法将SURPAC块体模型转换为FLAC3D模型。结果表明该方法的有效性和可行性。 FLAC^3Dsoftware has unique advantages in the numerical calculation of mine rock mechanics,but it has the insufficiency in the construction of three-dimensional model of mine. SURPAC software is widely used in three-dimensional modeling,but not satisfy the requirement of stability analysis. In order to combine with the advantages of three-dimensional modeling function of SURPAC software and numerical computational function of FLAC3 Dsoftware,the TCL scripting language is adopted to conduct secondary development of SURPAC,the data conversion method of model construction based on FLAC3 Dis proposed. The data conversion method could avoid the duplicate nodes effectively so as to construct the FLAC3 Dmodel quickly. The data conversion method is used in a molybdenum ore to convert the SURPAC bolck model to the corresponding FLAC3 Dmodel,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are showed by the application results.
