大吨位矿用汽车水泥路面的研究及应用

摘要 目前大吨位矿用汽车行驶路面结构基本上为沙石路面,该路面存在运输成本高、养路费用大,且行驶过程中产生大量扬尘,易造成环境污染和安全事故。为此,研究采用新型水泥路面结构、新材料,通过工业试验及在线监测等手段,设计并打造了360 t大吨位矿用汽车水泥混凝土路面结构配置(厚度)、使用寿命和路面抗滑构造,为矿山大吨位矿用汽车的使用提供了条件。 At present,the most common pavement structure of large-tonnage mining cars is gravel road,the road presence big drawbacks,such as high transport costs and high road maintenance costs,the road also produce large amounts of dust during car driving,which produce environmental pollution and easy to cause accidents. So,in order to solve the above problems,the new concrete pavement structure is adopted by means of new materials,pilot tesing and industrial testing and on-line monitoring of road so as to design the cement concrete pavement structure configuration( thickness) and its useful life,as well as the pavement skid structure,under 360 t mining car load. Threrefore,the new concrete pavement structure could provide convenient for using the heavy duty mining truck.
