冠状动脉慢血流型心绞痛的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 冠状动脉慢血流(coronary slow flow,CSF)现象是指正常或接近正常的冠状动脉在冠状动脉造影中出现的血流灌注延迟现象。80%~90%CSF患者长期反复发作心绞痛,约1/3的患者会因急性加重而反复住院[1]。临床实践中,对此类患者的诊断、归类往往模糊不清。现将此类心绞痛称为冠状动脉慢血流型心绞痛(coronary slow flow angina,CSFA)[2]。CSFA是微血管心绞痛谱中重要的亚型。
