国产废纸的春天还有多远?

How for away is spring to domestic waste paper?

2014年12月1日，即将来到，对大多数人来说这是很普通的一天，但是对中国造纸行业尤其是废纸回收利用行业来说，这将是一个里程碑式的日子。因为在这一天，由中国再生资源回收利用协会起草，国家商务部审核发布的《废纸分类等级规范》（以下简称《规范》）将正式实施。虽然短期内，《规范》还不会在行业内起到全面实施和立竿见影的效果，但是困扰造纸行业多年的国产废纸标准缺失问题终于迈出了实质性解决的第一步。

Dec.1th, 2014, the classifi cation standard of recovered paper(the Standard) will be put into implementation, which was drafted up by China Association of Renewable Resources Recycling, audited by the Nation's Commerce Ministry. Although in the short time, the Standard will not have the immediate effect, but the problem of standard lack of domestic waste paper which has disturbed China paper industry for several years will fi nally take the fi rst step toward problem solving.From ten years ago that overseas waste paper steal the market share to today that the market share of domestic waste paper gradually recovered, the role of domestic waste paper in the development of China paper industry becomes more and more important.
