摘要
Krüpple是果蝇分节基因"间隙基因"类的一个成员,它编码一个包含一个DNA结合序列的蛋白质,该序列由几个Cys2/His2型的锌指构成,一群与Krüpple的锌指结构高度同源的蛋白质被发现,命名为Krüpple样因子(Krüpple-like factor,KLFs),它们通过调控多种富含GC或CACCC的启动子的基因的表达,参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和肿瘤发生、发展等多种生理、病理过程。本文综述KLFs的结构、表达调控功能、主要家族成员及其在肿瘤研究中的现状,探讨其与肿瘤发生发展的关系。
Krtipple is a member of the "gap gene", flies segmentation gene, encoding a DNA binding sequence protein, the sequence is composed of several Cys2 / His2 type zinc finger. A group of highly homologous proteins with zinc finger structure of Krtipple were named as Krtipple sample factor (Krfipple-like factor, KLFs). They are involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and tumor occurrence, development and a variety of physiological and pathological process through regulating the expressions of rich containing GC or CACCC promoter genes. This review explores its relationship with the occurrence and development of tumor.
