食管癌切除术对左心室舒张功能不全患者左心功能的影响 被引量：3

摘要 我们应用超声心动及组织多普勒技术（TDI）动态观察食管癌切除手术前后的左心功能，探讨食管癌切除术后早期左心室收缩舒张功能的变化规律。 资料和方法 2010年12月至2012年4月，在我科行食管癌切除术的患者术前超声检查根据诊断标准中合并左心室舒张功能不全的患者62例，其中男41例，女21例；年龄52～75岁，平均（60．8±6．3）岁。
