摘要 ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴具有拮抗ACE-AngⅡ-AT1R经典轴的作用,参与体内众多的生理反应。在循环、泌尿和消化等系统及炎性反应中发挥着重要的保护作用。ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴功能的发挥与其信号通路密切相关。探讨此调节轴的生物学功能及其信号传导通路将为相关疾病的治疗提供新的思路。 ACE2-Ang( 1-7 )-Mas axis antagonistics ACE-Ang Ⅱ-AT1R classic axis in many physiological responses, which plays an important protective role in circulation, urinary, digestive systems and inflammation response. The biological function of ACE2-Ang( 1-7 ) -Mas axis is closely related to its signaling pathways. Exploring the biological function of this adjustment axis and its signaling transduction pathways will provide new ideas for related diseases.
