Analysis of 1 267 AIDS / HIV Cases in General Hospital

目的调查AIDS／HIV感染者的流行病学资料，分析感染现状及趋势，为医院及卫生行政部门制定预防控制策略提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法，对本院2009—2013年HIV抗体筛查阳性并经疾病预防控制中心确认的1267例AIDS／HIV感染者的流行病学资料进行调查分析。结果5年间，共检出AIDS／HIV感染者1756例，其中住院1436例，门诊320例；检出率逐年上升。在调查的1267例感染者资料中，男937例，女330例，男女比例2．84：1；79．10％为流动人口；20－50岁为高发年龄段，以性传播为主。结论AIDS／HIV在泸州地区的感染率呈现逐年明显上升趋势，性传播比例及普通人群感染率明显加大。相关部门应加强对高危人群、流动人口以及AIDS／HIV感染者的防治管理，同时还应加强宣传婚检、产检的重要性以及着重提高地区人民文化及医学和性道德素质。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological data of AIDS/HIV, analyze the status and trends of infection, aim to provide evidences of prevention and control strategies for hospitals and health administrative departments. Methods We retrospectively analyzed epidemiological data of 1 276 AIDS/HIV cases, who showed HIV positive in our hospital and confirmed by Luzhou CDC from 1999 to 2003. Results During these five years, 1 756 AIDS/HIV cases were reported consisting of 1 436 cases of inpatients and 320 cases of outpatients. The positive ratio presented an increasing tendency yearly. The 1 267 cases were selected from 1 756 AIDS/HIV cases,including 330 females and 937 males. The proportion of men to women was 2.84： 1. The floating population were 79. 10%. 20 -50 years old were as the high incidence of age, and it was mainly spread by sexual. Conclusion AIDS/HIV infection rates are increasing yearly in the general population of Luzhou,mostly due to the sexual transmission suggesting an unoptimistic situation. The government should strengthen the management of the high-risk groups and the floating populations and AIDS/HIV infectors in prevention and control. The importance of the premarital check and antenatal care are more propagated. The quality of cultural, medical and sexual morality are essential to be improved in the local people.
