摘要
患者女,24岁。全身皮肤异色样变,面、手足畸形24年,外阴疣状物4个月。大腿部组织病理示:表皮基底层黑素细胞增多,真皮胶原纤维纤细,皮下脂肪层紧邻表皮。外阴赘生物组织病理符合乳头状瘤。诊断:局灶性真皮发育不良。
A 24-year-old female presented with poikiloderma,deformity in face,both hands and feet for 24 years and warts in perineum for 4 months. Histopathology of lesions on left thigh showed increased melanocyte at the base layer, slim dermal collagen fibers, subcutaneous fat layer close to the skin. Vulvar neoplasma was confirmed papilloma. The diagnosis was focal dermal hypoplasia.
