摘要
患者男,72岁。面部浅褐色皮疹20余年,躯干及四肢起疹伴瘙痒1年余。组织病理表现为角化不全柱,真皮浅层血管周围淋巴细胞浸润。前列腺穿刺活检示:前列腺癌。诊断:炎症性浅表播散型汗孔角化症合并前列腺癌。
A 72-year-old male presented with sandy beige rash on his face for more than 20 years, and appeared rash and pruritus for more than 1 year. Histopathology showed cornoid lamella with the infiltration of lymphocytes in the perivascular area of the upper dermis. Prostate aspiration biopsy showed the histological feature of prostate cancer. The diagnosis of inflammatory disseminated superficial porokeratosis with prostate cancer was made.
