持久性发疹性斑状毛细血管扩张症1例

A Case of Telangiectasia Macularis Eruptive Perstans

患者男,42岁。面、颈、躯干及双上肢持续性红斑并色素沉着6年,加重伴丘疹2年。皮损组织病理示:表皮基底层少许色素沉着,真皮浅层毛细血管轻度扩张,周围少许淋巴细胞浸润及散在单一核细胞浸润;Giemsa染色(+)。诊断:持久性发疹性斑状毛细血管扩张症。

A 42-year-old man presented with persistent erythema and pigmentation on the face, neck and upper limbs for 6 years,and aggravated with papules for 2 years. The histopathologie examination showed little pigmentation in the basal layer of the epidermis, capillary dilatation in the superficial layer of dermis, which was surrounded a little infiltration of lymphocytes and scattered mononuclear cells. These mononuclear cells were stained positive by Giemsa staining. A diagnosis of telangiectasia macularis eruptive perstans was made.
