摘要
患者女,45岁。眉毛、睫毛脱落,面部浅弥漫性浸润,四肢和躯干皮损为斑块,臀部皮损为结节。初始发病至确诊历时5年余,数次就诊未能确诊,经临床检查、组织液涂片抗酸染色阳性和病理切片检查确诊为瘤型麻风。予多菌型方案联合化疗,现在随访中。
The 45-year-old female had been suffering from the loss of eyebrows and eyelash for more than 5 years. Skin lesions include superficial and diffuse infiltration on face, plaques on limbs and trunck, and nodules on but- tock. The patient was diagnosed as lepromatous leprosy after clinical examination, tissue fluid leprosy bacillus and histopathology examination. MDT-MB treatment was given and follow-up interview was on-going.
