神经营养因子在神经损伤修复中的作用机制 被引量:5

摘要 神经损伤后的修复和再生是当今生物医学领域十分重要的研究方向。其中,改善神经修复的微环境,寻求促进神经再生的有效方法是这一领域中的热点。目前有关神经生长微环境的研究主要集中在细胞或组织移植、分子干预、免疫和基因治疗以及组织工程治疗等方向展开[1]。神经营养因子(neurotrophic factors,NTFs)是能够促进和维持神经元生存、生长、分化并执行特异功能的蛋白分子,它们对细胞凋亡及其分子调控具有显著的生物学效应,在神经再生、突触形成与突触可塑性、神经退行性疾病的发生发展过程中起着重要作用,对神经损伤后神经细胞的存活、轴突的生长和走向也起着十分重要的营养和诱导作用。
