5-HT转运体/受体在肠道疾病发生中的作用研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 5-HT是一种广泛存在于脑和消化道的重要的神经递质和胞内信使,在调控机体情绪,体温,睡眠,食欲和代谢活动过程中发挥重要作用。机体90%的5-HT是由肠道中的肠嗜铬细胞合成、分泌并发挥作用的。近年来研究发现5-HT参与调节肠道运动和多种内分泌活动,其含量水平异常可能导致胃肠道内分泌功能紊乱进而导致多种胃肠道疾病的发生,5-HT受体和转运体表达异常将直接影响肠道5-HT含量,间接影响肠道内分泌稳态。
