双丝窄间隙GMAW焊枪喷嘴设计及保护效果模拟分析

摘要 设计了适用于共熔池法焊接的外置式喷嘴和非共熔池法焊接的双通道喷嘴;并采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对喷嘴保护气流场进行了数值模拟研究,通过模拟喷嘴截面及坡口根部监测线氩气含量来评判气体保护效果;分析了不同尺寸下的喷嘴气体保护效果,并对喷嘴尺寸进行了优化,得到了适用于深坡口的窄间隙焊保护气喷嘴。 The nozzles of narrow gap welding torch with single and two inner gas channels were designed in this paper,which are employed in the single and double molten pool welding mode respectively.A fluent field numerical simulation of shield gas through the designed nozzle was carried out with the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) technique,and the shield gas protective effect was determined by the proportion of Ar,both in the bottom of welding groove and cross-section of nozzle.The shield gas protective effect of nozzle with different size was analyzed and a nozzle with optimal size was obtained.
