摘要 SA738Gr.B是低合金高强度钢,首次应用于AP1000核电钢制安全壳,研究采用ER90S-G专用焊丝80% Ar+ 20% C02气体保护焊进行接头性能试验。试验结果表明,热输入量在1.2 ~2.0 kJ/mm范围内焊接接头的拉伸和冲击性能均满足安全壳的技术要求,焊缝组织以细小均匀针状铁素体为主、热影响区以贝氏体为主;焊后600℃,保温10 h热处理对接头的微观组织及力学性能的影响不大。 SA738Gr.B steel is a low alloy and high strength steel,which is first used in the fabrication of the containment vessels for AP1000 nuclear power plant.The mechanical properties of the welded joints are researched with the ER90S-G welding wire and under the mixture gases of 80%Ar + 20%CO_2.The test results show that when the heat input is in the range of 1.2~2.0 kJ/mm,the tensile strength and the impact toughness can meet the technical requirements.The weld is mainly composed of the fine acicular ferrite,and the heat affected zone is composed of bainite.The microstructures and mechanical properties are not much affected by the 600 ℃×10 h post weld heat treatment.
