神经导航在额顶叶脑胶质瘤手术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价神经导航在手术切除额颞叶胶质瘤中的应用价值。方法应用神经导航,对11例额顶叶胶质瘤行显微外科手术切除。结果肿瘤全切9例,次全切除2例,无新增神经功能障碍。结论神经导航辅助下显微手术切除额顶叶脑胶质瘤,有着定位精确,提高肿瘤切除率,减少功能区损伤等优点。
