妊娠期糖尿病新生儿体重的相关因素分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)新生儿出生体重的相关因素。方法搜集GDM患者109例的相关资料,包括孕妇年龄、身高、孕产次、孕期能量摄入、孕期摄入食物的血糖负荷值、孕24-28周及分娩前空腹血糖、孕晚期血清瘦素水平、孕晚期胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)等,进行单因素和多因素回归分析。结果孕期增长体重、分娩孕周、孕晚期IGF-1为新生儿体重的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论孕期增长体重、分娩孕周、孕晚期IGF-1是影响GDM新生儿体重的主要因素,需采取针对性的干预措施。
