丝裂霉素C在鼻腔泪囊造孔术后吻合口闭锁中应用

目的 探讨吻合口再造术联合应用丝裂霉素C治疗鼻腔泪囊造孔术后吻合口闭锁的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2009年8月至2013年12月在南昌爱尔眼科医院门诊治疗43例鼻腔泪囊造孔术后吻合口闭锁患者,经吻合口再造术联合应用0.04％丝裂霉素C的临床疗效.结果 随访1～2年,43例行吻合口再造患者,治愈31例,好转8例,无效4例,总有效率为90.7％ （39/43）.结论 鼻腔泪囊造孔术后吻合口闭锁行吻合口再造术联合应用丝裂霉素C手术方法简单,效果确切,是治疗吻合口闭锁的一种有效方法.

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of the anastomotic occlusion dacryocystitis after operation treated by combining reconstruction of anastomosis with mitomycin-C application.Methods Retrospective analysis of the anastomotic occlusion of 43 patients suffered from the anastomotic occlusion dacryocystitis after operation whom were treated with reconstruction of anastomosis and cotton sheets with 0.04％ mitomycin-C for injection at the outpatient service of our hospital in 2009.Result After 1 to 2 years＇ follow-up of 43 patients,31 eyes were cured,8 effective,4 invalid and the total effective rate was 90.7％.Conclusions Combining reconstruction of anastomosis with mitomycin-C for injection is an effective way to cure the patients suffered from the anastomotic occlusion dacryocystitis after operation.This method has the advantage of simple operation and the exact treatment outcomes.
