基于尺度方差的甘肃省区域经济总体差异方向研究

Directions of Regional Difference Based on Scale Variance in Gansu Province

运用尺度方差分解、传统差异测度指数、特定方向差异指数(PDI)对甘肃省1983—2012年区域经济总体差异进行了全方位的测度和分析。研究表明:1尺度方差的构成由大到小依次为县级、地级和区级,尺度越小,尺度方差越大。2甘肃区域经济总体差异先增后减,以2000年西部大开发为界,呈显著波动性变化。3甘肃区域经济空间差异的主要方向是市区与外围区之间。4起初核心—边缘的差异强度大于经济带—腹地,2004年两者强度发生反转。

Regional economic difference became a serious obstacle to Chinese economic and social development. How to control the regional gap and coordinate regional economic development became the core issue of Chinese economic and social development. It was also a hot research topic at home and abroad in recent years. Integrated use of scale variance and its decomposition, the conventional overall difference measure indexes, particular direction index（PDI index） of Gansu Province in 1983 - 2012 regional economic difference carried on the comprehensive measurement and analysis. Research showed that the scale variance structure size, in turn, for the county, regional and district, the smaller the scale, the greater the scale variance and the contribution to overall economic was differences in the region share. By using overall regional economie difference including coefficient variance, Gini coefficient, Generalized entropy index, Theil index and Atkinson index, the authors found that the difference first increased then decreased in Gansu Province, the west development was the boundary in 2000, and changed in volatility. The main direction of the spatial difference of regional economy in Gansu Province was between the core city and the peripheral area, and the gap expanded slightly. The disparity of core district and rimland grew before the west department, and then begun to reduce, the disparity of railway eeonomie belt and the hinterland increased directly until encountered the international financial crisis, and the two disparities＇ intensity inversed in 2004.
