摘要
运用DEA-Tobit两步法测算福建省各市历年(2005—2012年)用水效率概况,分析关键影响因素。结果表明,近八年福建省各市用水效率呈递增趋势,其中泉州、厦门、莆田和龙岩用水效率较高,福州、漳州、三明和宁德居中,南平整体偏低;第一产业比重、人均GDP和城镇化率是影响福建省用水效率的重要因素,影响因素系数分别为-0.009893、8.80×10-6、-0.011223。
This paper analyzed the water use efficiencies in 9 cities from 2005 to 2012 using the DEA(BCC) model. While the model input variables included agricultural water consumption, industrial water consumption, domestic water consumption, personnel, land area, and fixed asset invest- ment, the output variables included GDP. On this basis, the Tobit model was used to screen key factors that influenced efficiency use of Fujian resources. The results showed that water use efficiency were increased in recent 8 years, which was Quanzhou, Xiamen, Putian and Longyan was relatively high, Fuzhou, Zhangzhou, Sanming and Ningde was relative taller, Nanping was overall low. The factors included percentage of agriculture, per capita GDP and urbanization rate, with effect coefficients of - 0.009893,8.80 ×10^-6, -0.011223.
