摘要
随着北京市公立医院改革的不断深入,医院探索建立了基于医疗成果的岗位管理绩效考核与分配新机制。文章主要介绍了新绩效管理方案在医院住院单元的实践应用。新绩效管理方案着重对住院单元的出院人次、病例组合指数(CMI)、Weigh值权重等作为核心指标进行考核,力求通过新机制的建立,合理地提高医疗质量与产出,真正体现医务人员的岗位价值。
With the deepening of public hospitals reform in Beijing, medical result based post management performance assessment and allocation mechanism has been shaped. The implementation of new performance management in hospitalization unit was introduced. The discharges, CMI and Weigh value were the core indictors in new performance assessment system to rationally promote medical quality and service and reflect medical staff's value.
